How To Join!
Recruitment happens every Spring as we build our team for the upcoming year.
We host a series of recruitment events — including info nights, social mixers, and workshops — all announced on our Instagram. Applicants will complete a written application and a short case study as part of the process.
Before applying, think about which team(s) fit your interests.
You can apply to up to two teams, though you’ll ultimately join one once you’re selected for Adwave.

The Process
This is our general recruitment process, and we highly encourage you to attend our recruitment events, showing up, engaging, and expressing genuine interest.
Interview
Selected candidates will join a 30-minute in-person interview where we evaluate fit and skills.
Join!
Accepted members join in Spring, get placed on a team, and jump straight into building next year’s campaign.
